As part of our InQEDible Edible Project, we are gathering surplus fresh produce from members and anyone who has it. We delivered our first consignment of veg and fruit in Watchet this week. In addition, we are seeking to work with local growers and processors to do anything we can to redirect wholesome food crops that may be out graded by supermarkets to FoodBanks charities like FareShare ( www.fareshare.org.uk). You can follow on Twitter @TheBiomassBore and #quantockeco
When you have given everything you can to friends, family and neighbours, contact me about anything left. 100% will get to a family in Somerset who really needs it, I promise.
