Hungry again?

After trying to resist the christmas temptations - in vain, usually - we can now finally start eating normally again. Mind you, "eating normally", in my opinion, is not "trying to get rid of the pounds quickly"!

Go with the time of year: it's winter after all. There is nothing more conducive to failure, than trying to lose weight when it's cold, and dark, and dreary all around you.
