Projects I'm involved with:
Helping to run gardening clubs in care homes for people living with dementia. Emphasis is on helping people stay physically and mentally active including growing their own produce.
I am a:
Trainer, Involved in a Community Project
Skills I am seeking:
Looking for anyone who loves gardening to help volunteer on our project. You don't need to be an expert. Just someone who has a passion for growing, is keen to encourage others to keep gardening and can give 2 hours once a fortnight.
Skills I can offer:
Social and therapeutic horticulturalist. All our volunteers received training and on going support plus the chance to develop your gardening and therapeutic skills.
