We've got more wood ash than we can handle at the moment. Anyone want some for their fruit trees or compost?

Hello Peter,

Actually Ayurveda hales from India so I haven't a clue about using Vietnamese herbs I'm afraid. I think I've seen lemongrass in local shops occasionally, but probably the larger supermarkets unfortunately :o(

Earthfare in Glastonbury stock a pretty comprehensive range of loose and pre-packed herbs and spices. They're at the top of the High Street, where Woolworths used to be.

Hello Sally,

I'm not sure what Ayurvedic cooking is but it sounds Eastern so maybe you might be able to suggest where I could get hold of herbs like lemon grass and maybe also various Vietnamese herbs.

Thanks

Peter
