Projects I'm involved with:
Community organisation set up to establish the upkeep ands development of our towns most central park. Plans to re-landscape the park (lottery bid) to include raised bed growing of herbs and vegetables by community groups. Intention to grow enough herbs to supply local businesses at a lower than other suppliers cost with the added incentives of local and organic grown. Plus free to harvest vegetables and fruits for visitors to the park.
Alongside this development is intended a workshop, growing house= not quite a greenhouse, classroom type area and community cafe..
I am a:
Involved in a Community Project
Skills I am seeking:
Volunteers of any nature. Especially anybody with fund raising experience.
Skills I can offer:
Community engagement, facilitation, encouragement and nurturing of involvement.
Tools & Resources I am seeking:
Printing, advertising, administrative fund raising...
Tools & Resources I can offer:
Grounds yard with tools, organisation and personal projects available...
