Older people living in care are twice as likely to experience loneliness as those in the community.
We are looking for friendly volunteers with an interest in helping others to gardening, to support our work with older people and people with dementia in North Somerset.
You will volunteer alongside an expert Social and Therapeutic Horticulture Facilitator to help care home residents access all the benefits of taking part in fun activities, whenever possible, outside in the garden.
You will need to attend Induction Training on 6th March and an informal interview before that.
